Nixa Utilities Updates Design of Bills

Nixa Utilities sent the first round of “new look” bills to customers on April 3rd from the new printer/mailing service the city has contracted with. The name of the service is Arista. The utilities bills have a new look to them, so don’t be surprised that they don’t look the same as the bills you received last month. This new vendor seems to have a faster turnaround time, so we hope paper bill customers will be getting those faster through the mail than with the previous mailing service. Keep in mind, all customers can see their bills immediately after they are processed by our office at my.nixa.com and can see their updated balance and make payments through pay.nixa.com. You may also visit our kiosk at The X Center or call our automated payment system at 417-725-3229 (Option 1) to learn your balance without having to wait for a paper bill to arrive through the mail.

Also, customers on level pay (a.k.a. budget billing or AMP – the system through which your bill amounts are averaged so you pay the same amount each month) should be on the lookout for a letter from Nixa Utilities in the coming weeks regarding the recalculation of level pay coming up in a couple months.
