Employee Spotlight: Ben Abernatha

Ben Abernatha has been with the city for little over a year, and in that time he has been one of the go-to guys for leaks and repairs on all the city water infrastructure. In addition to water projects, he’s assisted in the repairs of some of the wastewater collection system as well. Ben is always willing to work after hours when water emergencies spring up, even if it’s after dark. He is currently taking classes to earn his Department of Natural Resources Water License, which will give him the opportunity to take on the responsibilities of Water Operator for the city. We appreciate his hard work!
