Dog Park Pass Application
Anyone may purchase a Nixa Dog Park Pass from The X Center. (We do not offer an online application process for Dog Park Passes at this time.)
Hours: Mondays – Fridays 8:30 am – 5:00pm
To purchase a pass, proof of vaccination for Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella is required for each dog you bring to the Nixa Dog Park.
If you live inside the Nixa city limits, you will also be required to show proof of purchase for a Nixa Pet Tag. You may also purchase pet tags at The X Center.
The registration fee for a Nixa Dog Park Pass is $20. Each pass is good for up to two dogs.
Application Requirements Anyone wishing to use the off-leash park must complete the application form and provide a copy of their current Certificate of Vaccination for Rabies and pet medical records from a licensed veterinarian document current vaccination for Parvo, Distemper, and Bordetella. A current rabies tag must be always visible on your dog(s).
Each applicant shall read the “Rules & Regulations” and sign the “Release of Liability.” Annual Applications and access codes may be obtained from the Nixa Parks Department office located at 701 N Taylor Way, Nixa MO 65714. Monday – Friday (except for legal municipal holidays), 8:30 am – 5 pm. Access Code Each user will be issued an access code. This keyless entry will allow you to gain entry to the off-leash area of the Nixa Dog Park during the scheduled hours of operation. The access code will allow unlimited usage of the off-leash area. The dog park opens at 7 am and closes 30 minutes after sunset.
Please Note That Access Codes Are Non-Transferable Between Dog Owners
Annual access codes will be valid for as long as the dog’s required vaccinations remain current or for twelve (12) months, whichever comes first. Annual access codes must be renewed on or before the end of the 12th month.
Failure to abide by the Rules & Regulations set forth by the Nixa Parks Department, or its designee, for the Nixa Dog Park may result in immediate cancellation of your access and all privileges to the Nixa Dog Park.
