It is a super exciting weekend for the Nixa community! With the football team going to state, the City of Nixa wants to share our support! We will be showing the state championship game at The X Center and modifying the schedule of the Mayor’s Tree Lighting & Cocoa with the Community!
On Friday, December 6th, join us at 6 pm at The X Center for Reindeer and Cheer! Check out a live reindeer and enjoy cocoa and cookies with Santa from 6 to 8 pm. Once the game starts at 7 pm, we will watch it at The X Center and cheer on the team until the conclusion of the game! Go Nixa Eagles!Â
On Sunday, December 8th, after the Nixa Christmas Parade: Sponsored by Walmart, join us back at McCauley Park for the official Mayor’s Tree Lighting & Cocoa with the Community. Be at McCauley Park by 5 pm to enjoy performances by Nixa Public Schools choirs, a petting zoo, some great holiday giveaways, cocoa and cookies, and SANTA—all while Mayor Jarad Giddens kicks off the holiday season in Nixa!
