Non-Resident Recycle Center Permits

Those who reside outside Nixa city limits may use this form to apply for a permit to use the Nixa Recycle Center.

The Nixa Recycle Center is funded through fees approved by Nixa voters and paid by residents inside city limits (on their Nixa Utilities bill), therefore, only residents inside Nixa city limits are able to use this facility without needing a permit.

However, if you live outside the city limits but still have a Nixa address according to the post office, then you may purchase a permit to use our recycle center.

The cost is $36 for the year, but does not include access to the yard waste area.

Recycling permits are good for 1 year from the date of purchase.

NOTE: This form does not accept payment. Once we have reviewed your submitted application, a link to your invoice will be emailed to you. You will need to follow the link to the NixaPay portal (powered by Invoice Cloud) to pay your invoice before we will consider your application complete. You may also make payment in person at Nixa City Hall during normal business hours.
