The Dollar General Market is a 10,640 sqft retail building located off of Sunrise Drive. It will have a stormwater detention area to hold all of its runoff, landscaping areas along the east, south, and west sides of the buildable area, and 37 parking spaces.

Insulation & Facade
Over the past couple weeks, Dollar General has finished adding insulation and have enclosed the structure.

Dollar General continues to make progress on the building. Currently, they are adding insulation and enclosing the structure.

Concrete Pad & Framing
Dollar General has poured the concrete pad and is now working on getting the building framing up.

Dollar General has been working on tree clearing and grading the site for the building.

Dollar General Preconstruction Meeting
A preconstruction meeting was held for Dollar General. All permits have been approved and Dollar General has been cleared to start construction.
