This subdivision will contain 210 buildable single-family lots once complete. There is no anticipated completion date for this project.

Phase 4 plans have been approved. Meadowbrook Phase IV will start infrastructure improvements in 4-6 weeks. This is the final phase of Meadowbrook.

Phase 4 is under review. This phase will consist of 78 single-family residential lots.

Meadowbrook Phase 3 has a final plat recorded with the City of Nixa. Construction of houses anticipated to begin soon.
